Turning the Computer Off

Turn off the computer and mouse when you close.

The computer must be turned off when you are closing the office for the day.
1st - Look for the Microsoft icon: in the lower left area of the computer screen and left click on it with the mouse.
2nd - A menu will appear. Click on the Power option.
3rd - A smaller menu will appear. Click on the Shut down option and the screen will go blank. Don't forget to turn off the mouse too.
