How We Function

Help Services operates under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors elected from and by the residents of Dreamland Villa and Velda Rose Estates. All residents of the two communities are members of the corporation. Directors are elected for three-year terms and may, if they so choose, run for successive terms. The committee structure is employed to facilitate the many activities that keep the organization functioning. Volunteer Monitors man the office each day we are open to see to the needs of our clients. All serve without pay, however, we do pay for services performed in the delivery and pick up of certain equipment items and for the cleaning and sanitizing of returned items.
