Search Equipment Use

Maybe you are trying to loan an item and the program tells you it is still loaned to somebody, but you are looking at the Stock Number and you entered it correctly. Apparently the item was returned but the records weren't updated. Press the Start Over button and use this feature to find the loan and add a return date. OR you could use the Return process, enter the Stock Number and return it that way.

There is no similar way to look at Misc loan items. You can use the Return process and select the Misc item. That will give you a list of loans for the selected item.
