Maintain Equipment Information

Equipment Maintenance is for administrative staff only.

This allows:
Modifying information about existing equipment items
Adding newly donated items.

There are three choices for adding new items, however most all will use the first choice, 'Donated by unknown person'.

This example will modify "aa-136" rather than adding a donated item.
