Street Address Error

By scrolling the upper House/Apt list you can see what house numbers are on 61st Street. If the house number was entered incorrectly select the correct number and press the Submit button.

More likely, the person lives on either 61st Place or 61st Way. You can select one of these in the lower list (red arrow) and press the Submit button. If you are wrong the same screen will display with the error. You can then try another street.

You can also basically start over by entering a new House Number in the lower area and a new street.
