If Stock Number is wrong use Back Space key and enter correct Stock Number. If Stock Number is correct then item must have been returned. Use Search Equipment Use to find Stock Number. Use Edit Loan button and enter Return Date.

Often items are returned, but the records don't get updated. If you are sure the Stock Number is correct then the loan record needs to be updated so the item is available to be loaned.
