This page can be confusing. The column headings help describe what is in the column, but the content depends on whether it is a "User line" or a "Loan line".

The "User line" has: name; address; phone; Status; Edit User button; and a comment if there is one.

The lines under a user line list loans. The "Loan line" has: the item; when it was loaned; when(if) it was returned; Edit loan button; and a comment if there is one.

User Status presently can be one of the following: Active; Deceased; Moved out of area; Duplicate; Unknown status. User records are never deleted. All users are listed on this page, however only active users are listed for an address in the Loan Process. As an example, Barbara Miller is deceased and listed here, but her name will not appear if you enter 6223 Decatur ST in the Loan Process.

Keep in mind, a user only has the items with no Return date. All others have been returned.

The red arrows for Diane Miller show how users with the same name appear. The different address suggests they are not the same, however having a phone number to compare would help. It is possible Diane moved from one address to the other and was entered again, however looking at the loan dates the move would have had to occur between Oct. 14 and Dec. 13, 2019 which seems a little unlikely.
