Enter Item Information

This screen continues the example of adding a new Cane to the inventory.
Fill in the Make and Model if known.
Enter today's date in the Date Obtained field.
The Status and Original Condition fields can be changed if appropriate.
TheComment field should list loose attachments or other information specific to the item.

Press Submit to save the record or Cancel to not add the item to the inventory.

Since most all items are "Donated by unknown person" the other two options for adding a new item are not covered in detail.

Use "Donated by person" option if you know the person making the donation. You will be taken through the series of screens identifying the person by address before filling out information about the item.

Use "Purchased or all other" option if the item is purchased by Help Services. Fields will allow you to enter where it was purchased and the price.
