The Mouse can be difficult to use

The Tab key will move the cursor from one field to the next. Generally fields are in the order they appear on the screen. It isn't apparent when a list has focus though.

The Up and Down Arrow keys make it easier to select a choice in a list.

The Left and Right Arrow keys make it easier to move the cursor in a field to make corrections.
